Celebrating 20 Years of Wallace and Gromit:
The Illustration Cupboard presents a unique exhibition in association with Nick Park and Aardman Animations celebrating twenty years of Wallace and Gromit, described by the BBC as "some of the best-known and best-loved stars to come out of the UK."

Using innovative stop-motion animation techniques Nick Park is three times Oscar winner with his two short films The Wrong Trousers, A Close Shave and the feature length film The Curse of the Were-Rabbit. This new exhibition is entirely devoted to Nick Park and his original film artwork and will include original colour artwork of Wallace and Gromit produced by Nick Park especially for this exhibition, original storyboard drawings produced in the making of the latest hit film A Matter of Loaf and Death as well as a selection of the original claymation props used in the making of these films.

As part of the celebrations and alongside this original artwork there will be available an anniversary full-colour silk screen edition of Wallace and Gromit, (£1000) signed and numbered by Nick Park and limited to only 95 copies. There will also be a special anniversary giclee edition of Nick Park’s original storyboard created in the making of The Wrong Trousers, signed and numbered by the artist (£395). Also available exclusively at the gallery will be signed first edition copies of the new book published by Egmont entitled The Art of Wallace and Gromit (£20).

Nick Park and Twenty years of Wallace and Gromit exhibition opens on 29 September running through in the main gallery until 24 October. The exhibition will continue on the first floor gallery throughout November.

Families are welcome to this event, and entrance is free.
